How points work
Membership features and AI usage are calculated separately. Each product card states whether points are included and how they are granted.
Model token usage is priced using official rates and exchange rates, then converted to points using the billing baseline and model coefficients. Usage from the main agent and its experts is combined for the same run and rounded up once. Charges are deducted during the run, with the remainder settled when it ends. External tools, such as web search and page reading, are charged separately at their published point rate per call.
Membership products may grant no points, a single grant on activation, or monthly grants. Monthly products show points per month, the number of grants and the total. Each grant arrives at its scheduled time.
Buying a point pack adds available personal points without upgrading project, collaboration or export features. Points included in organization products go to the organization pool; members also need allowances allocated by a manager.
AI context capacity depends on the model used for the run. The plan’s expert team size is a collaboration limit.

You can browse actual products, prices, features and point terms without signing in. Sign-in is required only after you choose to buy. Your selected product is preserved, and existing membership, orders and agreements are checked before purchase.
Membership grants features. AI runs need available points. Included points depend on the specific product. When points run out, the run stops and completed work is retained.
Personal plans apply to your personal space. Organization plans activate or renew an organization space with shared features and points granted to its pool. After a first purchase, sign in again to create or bind an organization; renewals are completed by its owner in the corresponding organization space. Managers must allocate allowances to members. Personal point packs cannot top up the organization pool.
One-time purchases cover the stated period and do not charge automatically on expiry. Recurring products require an agreement; features are granted after the server confirms payment. You can stop renewal in subscription management. Already purchased periods continue under their original terms.
